DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of Davao Plant desktop computers and laptops.

· Installation and configuration of desktop / laptop MS Windows and related

application software and ensure use of legitimate and license software.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and related peripheral products.

identify, diagnose and find effective solutions to problems related to computer hardware, software and network-related com plaints.

· Extend support to all PC applications, e-mail and other desktop applications.

  • Administration and maintenance of all local area network including WIFI routers.

· Troubleshooting and maintenance of LAN cables, connectors and data outlet.

· Administration and maintenance of CISCO routers, switches and WIFI routers.

  • Conduct PC inventory and audit to ensure strict compliance to IT policies.
  • Attends site support IT technical related concerns.
  • Submits Monthly Accomplishment Report,
  • Perform other functions as may be required.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Education/ Level of Experience:

  • Graduate of BS Information Technology I Computer Technology; with 3 - 5 years relevant experience. May have sufficient training which provides certification and skills but not necessarily required.

SKILLS REQUIRMENTS

  • Excellent in computer (hardware) application skills, trouble shooting and repair.
  • With strong networking background and knowledge in administering LAN (peer-to-peer and client server architecture) and WAN setup.
  • Flexible, resourceful and have the ability to balance a variety of tasks. can deal effectively with internal users, patient and particular to details.

Good communication skills - English and Tagalog
