Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment from start to finish: sourcing, resume review, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, internal communications, and employee file management.
  • Provide project and reporting support to senior management.
  • Assist with onboarding and HR-related tasks for new hires.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients on ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on employee relations and business initiatives.
  • Take on opportunities for leadership as the company grows, helping guide and develop the team.

Qualifications:

  • Recruitment background – must-have
  • Prior remote work experience – must-have
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent, motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Canva, and similar tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Long-term commitment to the role and company.
