Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Draftsman with hands-on experience in spa, pool, and hydrothermal design to support our growing portfolio of wellness projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in translating our Hydrothermal Initiative into detailed technical drawings that reflect both aesthetic elegance and engineering precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for hydrothermal spa elements such as steam rooms, saunas, sensory showers, and vitality pools and more.
• Work from architectural plans, sketches, or verbal instructions to produce accurate shop drawings and layout plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory specifications.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from internal teams, clients, or consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date records of drawings, design changes, and revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture,Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or similar field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and other drafting software.
• Drafting experience with a focus on spa, pool, or hydrothermal wellness projects.
• Strong knowledge of hydrothermal systems and components: heaters, steam generators, air circulation, waterproofing, and insulation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
