Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording

  • Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation

  • Organize and maintain original paper evidence

  • Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives

  • Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication

  • Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records

  • Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work

  • Can work under pressure and can work with minimum supervision

  • Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Monitors and resolves internal customer complaints on any sites and reach out to provide assistance

  • Responds to AM and legal officers' queries (i.e. rapport) and status in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat with coordination to respective accounts.

  • Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information and has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms
