The opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assisting customers with a wide range of products and services, and guiding them through the purchasing process
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our systems
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations by providing feedback and suggestions
- Actively participating in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
- High school or secondary school graduates with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Basic conversational English proficiency required for effective customer communication
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
- Adaptability and the willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers
- Philippine work authorisation required for this position
