What You'll Do:

This is a full-time employment opportunity as a Customer Experience Associate - Australia in a blended
work environment. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for mobile users, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolving customer issues related to mobile services.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and sales based on customer needs.

We're Looking For:

  • At least a Senior High School graduate (new curriculum).
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Worked for a minimum of six months or been a part of the BPO industry for a maximum of two years, experience with upselling/sales is a plus
  • Amenable to report onsite in The Curve Building, BGC, Taguig City.
