  • Conducts daily rounds/inspection of all building plants and equipment and common area facilities while on duty.
  • Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
  • Reports to Maintenance Supervisor on matters that require immediate attention.
  • Monitors operation of chiller units, cooling towers/ pumps, exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling system.
  • Conducts weekly preventive maintenance on air conditioning and cooling system and other mechanical and electrical equipment,
  • Ensure that operation of equipment conforms with the operating schedule in consonance to the energy management program
  • Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance assigned by the Maintenance supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
