About the role

Manila Bankers Assurance is seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems across our healthcare facilities. This is a full-time position, offering competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of air conditioning units
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems
  3. Perform repairs and replacements of aircon components as needed
  4. Install new air conditioning units according to specifications
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
  6. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior technicians as required

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience as an Aircon Technician or in a similar role
  2. Proven track record of successfully installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems
  3. Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration and electrical components
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Customer-focused approach with good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
