Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Aircon Technician/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance, and be capable of supervising assembly and installation work performed by other technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the installation and assembly of air conditioning units performed by junior technicians

  • Install various types of air conditioning systems (split-type, window-type, cassette, floor-mounted, inverter, etc.)

  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of aircon brands

  • Conduct cleaning and chemical maintenance of air conditioning units

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications during all procedures

  • Prepare service reports and update documentation of completed work

  • Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as an Aircon Technician/Installer

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead installation teams

  • Experience with multiple aircon brands and types

  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems related to HVAC

  • NC II Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (preferred)

  • Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams

  • Physically fit and willing to work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, high locations, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: ₱800/day

  • Salary Increase based on performance

  • With Overtime Pay

  • Commission upon regularization

  • With Meal Allowance

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
