Aircon Tech

An Aircon Installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This includes inspecting sites, determining installation requirements, handling refrigerants, and ensuring systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Install air conditioning systems (split-type, window-type, central AC, etc.) according to manufacturer guidelines and client specifications
• Inspect and assess installation sites to determine the most effective setup
• Perform routine maintenance on aircon units, including cleaning, filter replacement, and checking refrigerant levels
• Diagnose and repair system faults or performance issues
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of refrigerants and other materials in compliance with environmental regulations
• Provide clients with system operation guidance and maintenance tips
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used
• Follow safety procedures and local HVAC codes during all work

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Proven 1 to 3 working experience as an aircon installer or HVAC technician
• Technical training or certification in HVAC or refrigeration (TESDA NC2 or equivalent is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, tools, and installation practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in tight spaces
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php900.00 per day
