Summary

We're seeking a seasoned
SharePoint Developer/Administrator
to secure, stabilize, and enhance our global SharePoint environment during a major reorganization. The role is critical in mitigating the complexity of our security-group landscape and managing rapidly growing access-request volumes while long-term solutions are being developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer SharePoint Online hubs, site collections, and navigation using the Microsoft 365 hub-site model.
  • Create, maintain, and audit security groups, custom permission levels, and access-request workflows to enforce least-privilege access.
  • Build and update site designs, templates, and automated provisioning (PnP/PowerShell) for new and restructured sites.
  • Triage and process high volumes of user requests, balancing speed with security and compliance.
  • Implement and enforce governance policies (data retention, naming conventions, audit logs) and document all configuration changes.
  • Partner with project teams to reorganize site hierarchies, migrate content, and update metadata/navigation.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of hands-on SharePoint administration (Online and/or On-Premises).
  • Deep expertise in the hub-site model, site designs, site scripts, and provisioning frameworks.
  • Proven track record managing complex security groups, custom permissions, and layered access controls.
  • Strong proficiency with PowerShell, PnP provisioning, and Microsoft 365 admin/Azure AD portals.
  • Experience in high-volume access-request environments and implementing governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during mid-shift or night-shift operations.
