About the client:
Cluey Learning is seeking a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Tech Support Agent to provide operational and technical assistance to our students and instructors across our Schools (SC) and Events (EV) business units. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience in our digital learning environments, including after-school programs and holiday camps.
About the role:
As part of Cluey's support team, you'll work remotely to:
- Provide real-time and asynchronous tech support for students and instructors
- Troubleshoot common issues in block-based and line-based coding environments
- Support internal processes and documentation efforts
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both children and adult instructors
- Support our students and instructors across Cluey's innovative learning experiences

RequirementsWe're looking for someone who can adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Your strengths will include:
- Experience in coding education platforms, especially with block-based (e.g. Scratch-like) or JavaScript-based environments (experience with Cluey's Code Camp World is not required but similar platforms are ideal)
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clear, calm, and effective
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, particularly when diagnosing issues or providing instructions
- Comfort with documentation – able to update internal FAQs and guides clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with educational content such as lesson plans or digital learning resources
- Must be amenable to working during Australian business hours
- Familiarity with Slack and LiveChat or similar team collaboration and support tools
- Markdown writing skills and a basic understanding of version control (e.g., Git)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting
