About the role

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels, including social media and content moderation.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via social media platforms
  • Moderate and maintain the quality of user-generated content across our online channels
  • Identify and escalate any issues or trends that require attention from the management team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer service best practices

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre or social media environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficiency in written English and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation best practices
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
