Qualifications:
● Resides in the National Capital Region (NCR).
● Computer literate with strong command of English.
● Able to work independently and collaboratively.
● Experience in Sales Documentation Processing
● Preferably with experience in SAP or willing to be trained.
● Knowledgeable in import handling and supplier/customer documentation.
● Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
● 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles.
● Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.
● Experience supporting regional or international sales teams.
● Background in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sales environments.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a
plus
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..
● High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
