Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and market dynamics
  • Lead national and/or regional sales teams, setting performance benchmarks and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, strategic partnerships, and untapped market segments
  • Oversee key account management, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine tactics and improve conversion rates

Integrated Marketing Management

  • Develop and execute cohesive marketing plans that support brand awareness, product positioning, and lead generation
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and event marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and campaign direction
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and measurable ROI
  • Champion brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communication channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with product development, finance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies
  • Present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the CEO and board of directors
  • Lead organizational change initiatives that enhance agility, innovation, and customer-centricity
  • Mentor and develop talent across both sales and marketing departments, building future leadership capacity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
