SEO & Website Optimisation Specialist (Remote – Part-Time)

20 Hours per Week | 35000 PHP per month

We are seeking an SEO and Website Optimisation Specialist to manage and optimise a growing company's website through the SPNet CMS while driving a full SEO strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is confident executing real optimisation—not just basic keywords and meta tags—and who can independently improve site performance, rankings, content quality and user experience.

This is not a developer role, but it requires someone who understands comprehensive SEO practices and can apply them directly inside the CMS.

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining, optimising and updating the website using SPNet while implementing proper SEO strategies across all pages. You'll work independently to ensure the site remains clean, accurate, search-friendly and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full on-page SEO optimisation, including:
  • Keyword research
  • Metadata optimisation
  • Header and content structure
  • Internal linking
  • Indexing & crawlability
  • Technical on-page improvements
  • Manage the website inside SPNet CMS:
  • Update and edit content
  • Maintain accurate listings
  • Upload blogs and create landing pages
  • Ensure consistent formatting and readability
  • Monitor website health and identify SEO opportunities
  • Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track performance
  • Provide regular reports on rankings, traffic and improvements
  • Maintain a clean, organised and user-friendly website
  • Work proactively and independently with minimal supervision

Must-Have Experience

  • Strong background in SEO (mid-level and above)
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (SPNet experience not required)
  • Ability to implement full SEO improvements directly within the CMS
  • Strong understanding of on-page optimisation and site structure
  • Familiarity with Search Console, Analytics and general SEO tools
  • Ability to maintain content accuracy and formatting across the site
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliability

Nice to Have

  • Experience improving site health and resolving minor SEO issues
  • Comfort with uploading blogs and formatting pages cleanly
  • Ability to analyse data and suggest actionable improvements
