About the Role

  • We are a dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing company in the FMCG sector, and we're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced Audit Manager to lead our internal audit function. This is a critical leadership role that ensures our financial and operational integrity, strengthens internal controls, and supports our continuous growth through process excellence and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of internal audit plans across departments.
  • Evaluate and strengthen risk management, compliance, and internal control systems.
  • Conduct end-to-end audits (financial, operational, and compliance).
  • Identify control gaps and recommend effective solutions to management.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement improvements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure full compliance with government regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA is strongly preferred)
  • At least 5 years of audit experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Proven track record in FMCG or manufacturing industries is required
  • Strong knowledge of internal audit frameworks, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leader
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bulacan
