About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional support across email and social media channels for an established e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to uphold excellent customer experiences while managing multiple communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

o Inbox Management: Handle customer inquiries from Shopify, Gmail, and social media inboxes (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with professionalism and empathy.

o Timely Response: Provide the first response within 24 hours, aiming for the same business day whenever possible.

o Thank and engage positively with supportive customer comments.

o Coordinate refunds and replacements as required.

o Send post-resolution confirmations to ensure customer satisfaction.

o Submit a daily end-of-day (EOD) report summarizing customer concerns, resolutions, and any pending issues.

o Maintain a customer issues tracker for transparency and continuity.

Qualifications

o Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in e-commerce customer service, preferably handling Shopify stores.

o Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Shopify, Gmail, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok inboxes, and Google Sheets.

o Communication: Strong written English with a friendly, confident, and professional tone.

o Reliability: Proven record of meeting response deadlines and maintaining consistent attendance.
