  • PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Planning & Design
  • Lead product planning, feature design, and gameplay innovation for localized games in the Philippine market (focus on casino/betting genres).
  • Define product roadmap and iteration plans based on local player preferences and market insights.

  • Conduct competitive analysis of the Philippine gaming market and propose differentiated product strategies.

  • Requirement Analysis & Game Design

  • Produce high-quality product documentation (PRD, feature design, game rules, system specifications).
  • Design and optimize core gameplay systems, event mechanics, and monetization models.

  • Set feature priorities and ensure alignment with user needs and market demand.

  • Project Management & Cross-team Collaboration

  • Work closely with developers, UI/UX, QA, operations, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality game releases.
  • Track development progress, manage timelines, and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Collaborate with local operations teams to align game features with player engagement and marketing initiatives.

  • User Feedback & Data-driven Optimization

  • Gather local player feedback and analyze game data (retention, engagement, monetization) to drive product improvements.
  • Conduct version reviews and implement continuous iteration.

  • Research player behavior, payment preferences, and cultural traits in the Philippine market.

  • Compliance & Market Adaptation

  • Stay updated on local regulations (e.g., PAGCOR requirements) to ensure compliance for casino/betting games.
  • Plan localized content and special events aligned with Philippine festivals, cultural elements, and traditions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Game Design, Mathematics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Product Manager or Game Designer, with at least 1–2 full-cycle game projects launched.
  • Solid experience in casino, card, or betting games (designing core gameplay, systems, or monetization models).
  • Strong knowledge of localization in game design, able to tailor features to Philippine market needs.
  • Skilled in writing PRDs, feature specifications, and numerical design documents.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of optimizing features based on key KPIs (retention, engagement, monetization).
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills; experience working with distributed or multinational teams is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Tagalog proficiency is an advantage).
