Job Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in identifying their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, financing options, and after-sales services.
  • Sales Process: Conduct test drives, negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and finalize sales contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, referrals, and repeat business.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on automotive trends, competitor offerings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of sales paperwork, financing applications, and compliance requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, finance, and service departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Undergraduate is also welcome.

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, financing, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
