We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Travel Consultant (Night Shift) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements, while meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Attend to client inquiries regarding available travel options and pricing;-Facilitating and generating sales by promoting travel products and services to clients:-Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals;-Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist clients effectively and answer questions confidently;-Organize and maintain accurate flight preferences and booking information, while ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process;-Providing extended service by ensuring clients are happy and satisfied with our services from start to finish, ensuring long-term cooperation via excellent client service and problem-resolution skills;-Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in English;

  • Minimum of 1 yr sales experience any line of business/field.
  • Minimum of 2 yrs BPO experience in any field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and handle high-value clients professionally
  • Ability to work independently with great attention to detail;
  • Ability to work onsite;
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
