Senior Account Manager

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Account Manager to help us manage deal flow, support both buyers and sellers, and ensure a seamless experience across the entire exit lifecycle.

What You'll Do: As the Account Manager you will play a central role in running our pipeline, managing client relationships, and supporting the execution side of deals.
You will:
Deal Management & Execution
- Guide sellers and buyers through the full exit and transaction process, ensuring a smooth journey from intro call to closing.
- Track and manage deal progress using our internal systems and workflows.
- Ensure deadlines, follow-ups, and communication loops are tightly managed.
- Support valuation, buyer-seller matching, and information-gathering processes.
Client Relationship Ownership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned buyers and sellers.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with attorneys, firm owners, and referral partners.
- Conduct intake calls, gather requirements, and qualify opportunities.
- Maintain high responsiveness and a concierge-level experience for all parties.
Pipeline Activation & Deal Sourcing Support
- Work alongside leadership to identify prospective sellers and buyers.
- Conduct outreach, follow-up communication, and initial engagement where needed.
- Support email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and warm-introduction sequences.
- Collaborate with marketing to accelerate lead flow and nurture relationships.
Operational Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with the CEO and COO on deal priorities and milestones.
- Work with our administrative and marketing team to support listing materials and outreach.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM, reports, and dashboards.
- Participate in weekly EOS-style meetings and contribute to hitting quarterly Rocks.
- Professionalism & Confidentiality
Handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Experience managing client relationships or accounts (sales, legal, financial, recruiting, or consulting preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively solve problems.
- Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in legal services, professional services, recruiting, or M&A.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
- Experience working with CRMs, deal pipelines, or client management systems.
- Background in professional service firms or advisory roles.
- Lawyers or paralegals with business development or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
