We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food Service Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for developing new business and nurturing existing relationships within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a passionate "foodie" with a hunter mentality, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the culinary and food service landscape.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of food service sales experience.

A minimum of a high school diploma is required for this position.

General food knowledge and understanding of culinary concepts is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Actively prospect, cold call, and secure new accounts including independent restaurants, regional chains, hotels, and institutional facilities.
  • Restaurant and Food Service Experience: Experience selling specifically to restaurants and food service establishments is preferred but not required.
  • Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our product line, effectively communicating features, benefits, and applications to chefs and food service buyers.
  • Menu & Solution Selling: Work collaboratively with clients to understand their menu challenges and propose innovative product solutions that add value to their operations.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
