About the role

N&M Staffing Services is seeking a talented and motivated Cantonese Sales Agent to join our growing team in Quezon City. This full-time role will involve interacting with customers and clients to provide exceptional sales support and service in Cantonese. As a Cantonese Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound sales calls from Cantonese-speaking customers
  2. Delivering excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling relevant products and services
  4. Achieving individual and team sales targets
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities
  6. Participating in training and development programmes to continuously improve sales skills

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in Cantonese and strong English communication skills
  2. Sales experience, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. Proficient in using computer software and various sales tools
