Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Officer who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about their work. As part of a lean and dynamic team, the ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong knowledge and experience in purchasing IT hardware, software, and related services, as well as managing supplier coordination, documentation, and logistics. The position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, quotation gathering, negotiation, and purchase order preparation


• Source and evaluate suppliers for IT equipment, software licenses, and other company requirements


• Coordinate with the IT and other departments to ensure specifications and needs are properly addressed


• Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of all goods and services purchased


• Maintain accurate and organized procurement and logistics records


• Handle logistics coordination, including tracking deliveries and managing inventory as needed


• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend new or alternative vendors when necessary


• Take initiative in improving procurement and logistics processes and cost-efficiency


• Support administrative and operational functions related to procurement and deliveries


• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all supplier and internal dealings

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information

Technology, or a related field


• At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably with

background in IT-related purchasing


• Knowledgeable in IT hardware, software, and general office supplies procurement


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a small team setup


• Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and passion for continuous improvement


• Can work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results under pressure


• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• With valid driver's license is an advantage
