DUTIES:

  1. Plans/Schedules internal audits.
  2. Conducts internal audits to ensure policies and procedures are implemented and the company's system is effective.
  3. Prepares monthly audit reports (on months without Internal Quality Audits) and discusses with the auditees.
  4. Conducts follow up audits to ensure corrections, corrective actions, and preventive actions are implemented.
  5. Issues Corrective Action Request to all valid customer complaints and establish an action plan to resolve raised valid complaints. Monitors status of action plan established.
  6. Pre-audit and checks the result of the Physical Count of Warehouse Inventory Items and Fixed Asset Lapsing Schedule.
  7. Conducts surprise audits of Petty Cash and Revolving Funds available.
  8. Reviews the DCR and notes down comments on the Document Change Request Form.
  9. Monitors the effectiveness of implementation of the Quality Management System.
  10. Reports to QMR and management regarding the performance of the various departments.
  11. Prepares an IQA plan with the Company's manuals as basis for planning the audit.
  12. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting internal quality audits. Duties include selecting and briefing the audit team, preparing audit plans and documents, reviewing existing quality system documentation, and consolidating audit findings into reports.
  13. Ensures timely reporting of results, nonconformities, and obstacles to concerned parties. Conducts opening/closing meetings, evaluates audit team performance, and monitors audit execution.
  14. Scheduling audits based on complexity and performance, and performing other related duties as assigned by the Quality Management Representative.
