The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating the company's internal control systems, risk management processes, and compliance with laws and regulations. The role ensures that financial and operational processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with company policies and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review accounting records, reports, and operating procedures to verify accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Assist management in developing and updating internal policies and procedures.
  • Support external auditors during financial audits as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit principles, and internal control systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
