Application Support Analyst

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to support our internal teams with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), focusing on the Professional Services Automation (PSA) module.

No prior Certinia experience is required. Training will be provided, and we value your curiosity, tech interest, and readiness to help users

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and resolve PSA support tickets from internal users
  • Assist in system configuration (projects, resources, milestones, timecards)
  • Support data validation, reporting, and dashboards
  • Participate in UAT, upgrades, and system enhancements
  • Help with user documentation, training, and process improvement
  • Learn PSA-Finance integrations to provide backup support

Qualifications (Open to Training)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, ERP systems, application support, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to support non-technical users
  • Attention to detail and a passion for improving processes
  • Hands-on Certinia PSA experience is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce basics (navigation, reports, objects) is a plus
  • Experience in a professional services or project-based organization is a bonus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and grow in a business systems role
