This includes checking quantities, product conditions, and ensuring that all goods are properly recorded in the system. The Checker coordinates closely with warehouse staff, stock clerks, and cashiers to maintain smooth store operations. The role also involves assisting in inventory counts, monitoring product expiration dates, and ensuring that all grocery items meet quality standards before display.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Check and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing grocery items.
  • Ensure that quantities, descriptions, and conditions of products match invoices or delivery receipts.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales staff for discrepancies or missing items.
  • Monitor product expiration and report damaged or expired goods.
  • Assist in daily and monthly inventory counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned checking areas.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
  • At least High School or Senior High School Graduate.
  • Male or Female, 18–40 years old.
  • With experience in checking, inventory, or grocery operations is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and organized.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
  • Physically fit and willing to work long hours if needed.
