About the role

Join the dynamic team at Yinshan Lending Inc. as a Collections Trainer. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for training and upskilling our collections agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve collection targets. Your expertise in collections and customer engagement will be essential in driving the success of our lending business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes on collections best practices, customer communication, and negotiation skills
  2. Provide ongoing coaching and support to collections agents to continuously improve their performance
  3. Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
  4. Collaborate with the collections management team to identify training needs and implement effective solutions
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  6. Contribute to the development of collections policies, procedures, and documentation
  7. Foster a positive and engaged team environment to motivate and inspire the collections agents

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a collections or customer service training role
  2. Strong background in collections, customer service, and performance management
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  4. Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective training programmes
  5. Proven track record of driving team performance and achieving targets
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
