Social Media Manager/ Marketing Leads

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Manager leads the company's full marketing operations across both B2B and B2C markets. This role strengthens brand visibility, drives sales growth, and ensures all campaigns support revenue goals across digital platforms, retail channels, and offline events. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution while managing the marketing team and collaborating closely with sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans
- Lead campaigns for launches, promos, events, and educational programs
- Create data-driven strategies for growth
Set monthly KPIs and performance targets
Digital Marketing Oversight
Manage advertising across Meta and Google
- Ensure campaigns meet performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Approve funnels, landing pages, creative concepts, and ad angles
- Ensure proper tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM)
Review weekly performance with the Digital Advertiser
Team Leadership
Lead the marketing team (designer, content creator, advertiser, social media)
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure quality output
- Conduct weekly alignment meetings
Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity
Content & Creative Direction
Approve content calendars
- Direct creation of videos, reels, educational content, and product-focused materials
- Review captions, hooks, scripts, and creative concepts
Ensure brand consistency across platforms
Sales Integration & Lead Generation
Build systems that increase inquiries and demo bookings
- Work closely with sales for real-time lead feedback
- Monitor lead flow from inquiry → follow-up → booking → sale
Develop campaigns that support high-value product sales
E-commerce Oversight
Guide promotions, bundles, and pricing strategies
- Improve customer experience and conversion rates
Track weekly e-commerce performance
Offline Marketing & Events
Support seminars, workshops, trade shows, and retail activities
- Manage collateral (banners, posters, brochures, booth materials)
Build engagement initiatives for customers and professionals
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards
- Track engagement, reach, CPA, ROAS, CPL, and sales impact
Evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
- Strong background in the dental industry (equipment, clinics, labs, consumables, dental retail)
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or cosmetic industries is an advantage
- Performance marketing and e-commerce experience
- Brand management experience
- Leadership experience managing a marketing team
- Experience handling multiple brands is a plus
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, tracking, and funnels
- Skilled in social media strategy
- Ability to supervise creatives and content development
- Strong understanding of landing pages, CTAs, lead magnets, and conversion psychology
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and communication
- Analytical, data-focused decision-maker
- Creative yet structured thinking
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
