ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager leads the company's full marketing operations across both B2B and B2C markets. This role strengthens brand visibility, drives sales growth, and ensures all campaigns support revenue goals across digital platforms, retail channels, and offline events. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution while managing the marketing team and collaborating closely with sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategy & Planning

  2. Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans

  3. Lead campaigns for launches, promos, events, and educational programs
  4. Create data-driven strategies for growth
  5. Set monthly KPIs and performance targets

  6. Digital Marketing Oversight

  7. Manage advertising across Meta and Google

  8. Ensure campaigns meet performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  9. Approve funnels, landing pages, creative concepts, and ad angles
  10. Ensure proper tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM)
  11. Review weekly performance with the Digital Advertiser

  12. Team Leadership

  13. Lead the marketing team (designer, content creator, advertiser, social media)

  14. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure quality output
  15. Conduct weekly alignment meetings
  16. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity

  17. Content & Creative Direction

  18. Approve content calendars

  19. Direct creation of videos, reels, educational content, and product-focused materials
  20. Review captions, hooks, scripts, and creative concepts
  21. Ensure brand consistency across platforms

  22. Sales Integration & Lead Generation

  23. Build systems that increase inquiries and demo bookings

  24. Work closely with sales for real-time lead feedback
  25. Monitor lead flow from inquiry → follow-up → booking → sale
  26. Develop campaigns that support high-value product sales

  27. E-commerce Oversight

  28. Guide promotions, bundles, and pricing strategies

  29. Improve customer experience and conversion rates
  30. Track weekly e-commerce performance

  31. Offline Marketing & Events

  32. Support seminars, workshops, trade shows, and retail activities

  33. Manage collateral (banners, posters, brochures, booth materials)
  34. Build engagement initiatives for customers and professionals

  35. Reporting & Analytics

  36. Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards

  37. Track engagement, reach, CPA, ROAS, CPL, and sales impact
  38. Evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements

  39. QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong background in the dental industry (equipment, clinics, labs, consumables, dental retail)
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or cosmetic industries is an advantage
  • Performance marketing and e-commerce experience
  • Brand management experience
  • Leadership experience managing a marketing team
  • Experience handling multiple brands is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, tracking, and funnels
  • Skilled in social media strategy
  • Ability to supervise creatives and content development
  • Strong understanding of landing pages, CTAs, lead magnets, and conversion psychology

Soft Skills

Job Type: Full-time
