Job Description

As a Customer Chat Sales Representative, you are responsible for assisting customers via chat to provide product information, process inquiries, and convert leads into sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through live chat, messaging platforms, and social media channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and recommendations.
  • Convert inquiries into successful sales by promoting products and offering relevant alternatives.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
  • Provide solutions to customer concerns, complaints, and post-purchase issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, response time, chat handling time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Marketing) to resolve customer cases.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain product knowledge at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer engagement.
  • Maintain professionalism and brand voice in all chats and written interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (or at least 2 years in college)
  • Proven experience in chat support, customer service, or online sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and handling objections.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
