About the role

VAVLON Inc. is seeking a talented Regulatory Pharmacist to join our team. As a Regulatory Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, efficacy and quality of pharmaceutical and medical devices. Based in our Makati City office, this full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our growing organisation within the healthcare and medical industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as Pharmacist of Record for the company's Drug-related Imports/Transactions
  • Manage License to Operate status, application, audits, and renewals with FDA
  • Develop and implement SOPs in accordance with FDA-DOH regulations
  • Liaise with government inspectors and regulatory agencies
  • Advise internal and external clients on regulatory requirements
  • Review product dossiers and assist in CDRR submissions

What we're looking for

  • Registered Pharmacist in the Philippines with valid PRC license
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but eager to learn
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong ethical standards and attention to regulatory detail
  • Open to working in a startup environment with autonomy and initiative
  • Can reliably go to the office in Makati on time
