About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at RSL Food Product in Paradahan I Tanza Cavite. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist with the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet customer demands
  2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, liaising with suppliers as needed
  3. Support the implementation of operational efficiency initiatives
  4. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
  6. Provide administrative support to the operations team as required

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar operations or production planning role
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel, to manage data and generate reports
  4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
  5. Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
  6. Knowledge of production planning and inventory management principles
  7. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
