Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for delivering professional and customer-friendly front desk services. This includes greeting and assisting patients, managing appointment schedules, answering phone calls and inquiries, and performing basic administrative support. The role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and organized environment that supports efficient patient flow and quality care delivery.
Work Location: Out Patient Care Center - Dumoy Toril, Davao City
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors courteously, and respond to inquiries in person or by phone.

Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments using the clinic's system.

Coordinate with healthcare professionals regarding patient schedules and service availability.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and messages.

Ensure accurate and confidential handling of patient records and information.

Provide support for billing, payment coordination, and issuance of official receipts.

Guide patients through basic procedures and clinic flow.
Job Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Office Administration, Business, or Healthcare-related programs.

With at least 1 year of experience in customer service or receptionist/front desk roles (experience in healthcare setting is a plus).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Pleasant, patient, and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
