Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with production software (SAP, ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a shift-based operation.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts cost benefit analysis for new projects and monitors projected results during implementation.
  • Gather, control and generates production standards (Rates, Labor, Power) for Capacity and Costing purposes.
  • Monitors and control department CapEx and monthly G&A Budget.
  • Ensures compliance to the weekly production schedule initiated by production planner to maintain ICO level in FG Warehouse.
  • Schedule, request and allocate manpower resources based on the weekly production requirements as planned by production planner.
  • Ensures established cycle time and production yield standards for each product achieved in the production process.
  • Conduct Root-Cause Analysis for operational constraints and do corrective action plans to resolve gaps.
  • Conducts meeting, coaching and mentoring to production personnel
  • Provide assistance, recommendations, and technical support to Product Development Personnel (SRI-R&D/PDD) during pilot run, machine ability testing, scale-up and commercial production run.
  • Performs the following SAP production transactions such as PO Settlement, Bulk and FG Confirmation, Transfer Posting, Reservation, Routing, Goods Receipt, Work Center Creation and Inventory Posting.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
