Sales Engineer

Sell and promote SRD, UMR, TLD, PSD equipment within Northern (Luzon) and Southern (Visayas) Region and product responsibilities.
Visit and monitor customer activities (existing and including upcoming mines and projects).Search for prospect/information through customers, consultants, associations, financial institution and door-to-door visits.
Improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Maintain good relationship with customers and contacts
Whenever possible, promote product support commodities, spare parts, auxiliary equipment and service products.
Make weekly sales visit plan.
Prepare draft quotations, faxes and letters.
Maintain proper use of company assets.
Report lost orders.
Achieve the pre-set yearly sales targets.
Analyze the customer needs and assist them in the selection of equipment.
Coordinate closely with customer to ascertain the technical information required for their evaluation.
Evaluate customer specifications.
When applicable, supervise equipment start-up of newly purchased equipment at customers' site.
Evaluate market development.
Actively collect competitors' data for analysis
Actively participate in Sales Promotion, exhibitions and mail campaigns.
Support Finance Department to collect payment from customers when required.
Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
