Job Description:

As a
Network Engineer,
you will be responsible for optimizing and securing enterprise-level network systems. You'll design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, enhance network security, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance while supporting a multi-site, global organization.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's Degree
  in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience working with network infrastructure

Other Required Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communications skills
• Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities
• Strong technical
  understanding of LANs, WANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, cyber-security standards, and firewall policies
• Centralized cloud administration (Meraki preferred)
• Previously implemented new technologies
• Knowledge of Linux systems
  and various open-source solutions

Your Daily Tasks

• Optimize network infrastructure under the Technology Operations department
• Manage routing, switching, LAN/WAN, and cyber security
• Perform system patching and vulnerability management
• Thoroughly document network and dependencies
• Investigate issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Ensure corporate compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, DLP, Data Retention)
• Monitor/respond to security incidents and system alerts
• Maintain routers, switches, and physical network hardware
• Install and configure network equipment
• Provide system maintenance, log monitoring, backups, and configuration management
• Continuously improve network security infrastructure
• Implement "Zero-Trust" methodology across infrastructure
• Administer Cisco AnyConnect VPN Security, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and Cisco Secure Internet Gateway (SIG)
• Ensure network compliance requirements are met
• Perform other duties as assigned
