Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Visualization and Creative Production

Develop photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for landscape designs (parks, gardens, large-scale outdoor spaces).

Create detailed visual representations of concepts, integrating natural elements such as plants, water features, and lighting.

Utilize advanced rendering tools and post-production software (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects) to enhance visual products.

Develop and maintain an organized library of 3D assets (plant models, materials, textures) for efficient future utilization.

  1. Technical Design and Documentation

Translate design concepts into technical drawings using AutoCAD tools, creating aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.

Prepare and review comprehensive construction drawings, including grading plans, planting layouts, irrigation systems, and hardscape detailing, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Produce detailed project specifics such as construction details, material specifications, and schedules.

  1. Collaboration and Design Integration

Work closely with landscape architects, project leads, and designers to understand project goals and translate design ideas into both visual and technical formats.

Interpret various design inputs (CAD drawings, hand sketches, design notes) to create accurate and compelling 3D models and 2D documents.

Collaborate with designers and architects to bring concepts to life through technical drawings.

  1. Quality Assurance and Standards

Ensure all visual outputs and technical drawings meet the company's high-quality standards and accurately reflect the design vision and technical requirements.

Adhere to industry best practices and project specifications provided by stakeholders for all technical products.

Thoroughly review and refine models, renderings, and technical documentation based on feedback.

  1. Process Innovation and Improvement

Identify and implement best practices to enhance project workflows by evaluating completed projects and finding opportunities for improvement.

Improve future projects by optimizing workflow direction, incorporating new technologies and processes found in the industry
