General Accountant - Treasury

Location: Ortigas

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced General Accountant -Treasury responsible for supporting day-to-day treasury operations, reconciling bank accounts, supporting liquidity and funding operations and ensuring the efficient use of the company's financial resources.

As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities


• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner


• Assist with cash flow management


•  Assist in the preparation of treasury reports and internal management reporting


•  Process and record treasury transactions including intercompany transfers, interest payments, and FX transactions


• Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies


• Support audit requirements and provide documentation as needed


• Contribute to treasury system and process improvements and automation initiatives


• Liaise with internal departments (AR, AP, Tax, and Accounting) for treasury-related issues


• Other tasks that may be assigned or delegated

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required); CPA a plus

At least 2 years of treasury or corporate finance experience, preferably with exposure on international operationss

Strong hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and reconciliation management across multiple accounts and currencies

Strong MS Excel skills

Exposure to ERP systems

Experience with online banking platforms

Good communication and time management abilities

Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-growing, or ambiguous environments

Detail-oriented with strong expertise in bank and cash reconciliation processes
