OverviewWe're looking for a socially fluent, creatively sharp, and story-driven Marketing Executive who can turn ideas into content that cuts through. You'll be at the intersection of marketing, media, and storytelling — shaping how our agency shows up in the world and how our clients' stories are told.

If you've spent time in publishing or in a digital agency that moves at the speed of social — you'll feel right at home. You understand audiences, know what grabs attention, and can translate strategy into scroll-stopping content.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute content strategies for both our agency(internal) and clients — across organic social, paid campaigns, email, and web.
  • Develop content pillars, messaging frameworks, and social calendars tied to KPIs and business goals.
  • Write, edit, and publish compelling social posts, campaign copy, blog articles, newsletters, and short-form video.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns — from copy and design to segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Apply SEO and AI-assisted optimization (AIO) techniques to maximize reach and engagement.

Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling

  • Lead creative direction — from concept to production — ensuring visuals, tone, and message align seamlessly.
  • Partner with Sales, GTM, Media, and Client Services to develop marketing materials such as pitch decks, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Maintain and update a central repository of agency(internal) and client content for easy access and repurposing.

Client Collaboration & Account Management

  • Drive content strategy for clients and agency(internal), transforming editorial content into dynamic, platform-optimized social assets.
  • Plan and optimize content distribution to grow audience engagement and performance (views, subscriptions, conversions).
  • Conduct competitor and trend analyses, distilling insights into actionable creative recommendations.
  • Act as a key client partner — understanding goals, shaping narratives, and ensuring flawless delivery.
  • Track and report content performance and marketing metrics, translating data into clear insights and opportunities for optimization.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills — comfortable adapting tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Skilled in Canva and CapCut (or similar tools) for creating static visuals, simple animations, and short-form videos.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, video composition, and storytelling for digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO, CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), and email marketing tools.
  • Familiar with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), including campaign setup, automation, and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable with basic analytics and reporting, using data to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Bonus: Experience managing paid campaigns, content boosting, or collaborating with designers and editors.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a digital marketing, publishing, or agency environment.
  • Content & Strategy Skills: Strong marketing instinct and the ability to craft engaging, platform-native content.
  • Creative Direction: Confident in briefing, storyboarding, and guiding content production from concept to delivery.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Project Management: Organized multitasker with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines seamlessly.
