Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant to support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects. The consultant will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize Financial Accounting processes in an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

  • Lead requirement gathering, Fit–Gap analysis, and workshops for SAP FI processes.
  • Configure SAP FI submodules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Tax.
  • Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support integration with CO, MM, SD, and other modules.

Implementation & Project Execution

  • Support all S/4HANA project phases including blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and post–go-live stabilization.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, and defect resolution.
  • Validate data migration objects such as GL balances, vendor/customer data, assets, and historical transactions.

Business Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance teams to align system configurations with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
  • Provide expert support for closing activities, reporting requirements, and process optimization aligned with S/4HANA best practices.

Training & Documentation

  • Prepare and deliver user training, SOPs, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including functional specs, configuration guides, and test scripts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • 3–8+ years experience as an SAP FI Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of FI submodules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank, Tax) and integrations with CO, MM, and SD.
  • Understanding of financial closing, reporting requirements, and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
