CRM Operations Specialist

About the role
Operations Specialist is expected to manage the service catalog of the CRM Division, do a triage and properly assign it to the right CRM fulfillment team/department. Operations Specialist should also handle the CRM BAU tasks requested by various stakeholders and Business Units.
How you'll contribute
- Should have general knowledge of all CRM Modules such as Customer 360, Leads Module and Service Module.
- Handle and monitor all incoming items requested for the Division to perform on a daily or any periodic basis that comes through the CRM Service Catalog.
- Assign enhancement request filed by the Business Units (BUs) in the Service Catalog to the corresponding CRM Department that would fulfill the request.
- Process BAU Ad-hoc Task assigned to Operation Specialist as requested by various Business Units (BUs) on the Service Catalog such as Leads or Case Reassignment, Product or Plastic Code Management, Promo or Service Notes Upload, etc.
What we're looking for
- With Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Industrial, Computer Engineer, Telecommunication, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management
- Field of Specialization: Banking and Finance, IT-Software Development, IT-Network/SysDB Admin, Actuarial/Statistics, Logistic/Supply Chain, Process Design & Control, E-commerce, Marketing/Business Development
- Preferred, but not required: Knowledge of basic bank processes, bank system integrations/interconnectivities and CRM System
- Effective communication skills, keen to details, has good work ethic/diligent
