About the role

Cosine Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our electrical and electronic manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are maintained. What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of the production team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring
  2. Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, quality, and maintenance, to resolve production-related issues
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, detect bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions
  6. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the production team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  7. Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field and must be Registered Electrical Engineer.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a production supervisory role within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating production teams to achieve operational excellence
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to optimise production processes
  5. Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic manufacturing equipment, processes, and quality control principles
  6. Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
