Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Program Coordinator to lead and support our Information Systems academic programs. This role blends academic leadership, operational support, and teaching responsibilities to ensure our students and faculty thrive in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead faculty programs and student events related to Information Systems
  • Support academic operations: faculty load assignment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management
  • Assist with policy, process, and systems development and implementation
  • Handle faculty concerns and administrative requests
  • Observe online classes and provide instructor feedback
  • Participate in curriculum review and development
  • Integrate soft skills and values into college programs
  • Teach 9–12 units per trimester in course-related subjects Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of industry experience in systems analysis, data science, QA, or project management
  • 1+ year of academic experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
