Assistant Nurse

About the role

RadLink Philippines Corporation/Fullerton Health is seeking for Nurse assistant that will support Staff Nurses and Radiologic Technologist by preparing clients for Executive Health Screening procedures and assisting before and after tests and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role plays a key part in delivering quality outpatient care and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the Center. The Nurse Assistant works closely with the Staff Nurse, Center Manager and Senior Nurse Manager in ensuring Clinical standards are consistently met.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with patient intake, including obtaining vital signs, medical history, and relevant pre-executive health screenings information
• Prepare patients physically and emotionally for diagnostic procedures such as ECG, TMST, Audiometry and Tonometry
• Support patients during procedures, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of diagnostic rooms, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment
• Prepare all consultation rooms and EHS pods.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling and updating patient records
• Follow infection, safety and privacy regulations
• Support diagnostic Staff as needed in patient preparation or monitoring
• Receive clients, checks client information making sure that updated and adequate information is noted necessary to deliver accurate and efficient client experience.
• Always ensures delivery of remarkable and consistent client care and services.
• Assist doctors during examination/procedure as needed
• Gives instructions regarding preparation for the approved procedures/laboratory examinations
• Works closely with the entire Team to ensure smooth and efficient patient journey.
• Work with the Center manager and the Nurse Manager to coordinate any necessary special staff training, licenses, or other governmental requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the Clinic Manager with Corporate summary reports or any regulatory or compliance reporting whenever needed
• Ensure adherence to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement activities
• Performs any other additional duties as assigned by Staff Nurse, Clinic Manager and Senior Nurse Manager

What we're looking for

• Graduate of B.S Nursing or any medical allied profession
• Open to newly graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies
• Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and committed to professional development
