Summary:
As the Sales Coach, you will play an impactful role in shaping the future of our sales associates. Your focus will be on developing their skills and enhancing their performance by conducting comprehensive evaluations of live and recorded calls, providing tailored coaching sessions, and championing a culture of motivation and success. You will ensure that our sales team not only meets goals but also upholds our standards for quality, legal compliance, and exceptional customer experiences.

- Leadership and Motivation: You will be a prominent figure on the sales floor, providing timely support and direction to your team and fostering a positive sales environment.
- Coaching & Development: Deliver comprehensive feedback sessions spurred by rigorous call monitoring, and consistently track individual progress against outlined performance metrics to ensure growth.
- Collaboration: Actively engage in collaborative efforts with sales leaders, trainers, and quality assurance teams to enhance alignment and ensure a seamless coaching journey for the associates.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools and dashboards to glean insights and modify strategies that drive productivity and results for your team.
- Engagement: Foster a workplace culture centered on recognition, continual growth, and accountability, encouraging team members to take ownership of their development.

Job Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably including at least one year of direct coaching or team leadership within a call center environment.
- Proven experience in driving results through effective coaching and mentorship is essential.
- Familiarity with sales CRM platforms, quality assessment tools, and proficiency with Excel to create and analyze performance dashboards is expected.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- No specific certifications are mandatory; however, relevant training in sales methodologies or leadership could be an asset.
