Job Summary:

The Farm Supervisor is responsible for implementing planting programs and overseeing the daily operations of the farm. This role ensures that crops are planted on schedule, farm activities are efficiently managed, and resources such as labor, equipment, and inputs are properly utilized to achieve productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor planting programs based on farm plans and schedules
  • Supervise daily farm operations including land preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting
  • Manage and assign farm workers, ensuring proper task execution and productivity
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Monitor crop growth, field conditions, and report issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies
  • Implement farm policies, safety standards, and good agricultural practices (GAP)
  • Maintain accurate records of planting activities, labor, inputs, and farm outputs
  • Coordinate with management on farm performance, requirements, and improvements

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Agriculture or related course (preferred)
  • 2-3 years experience in crop production and farm supervision
  • Knowledgeable in planting techniques, farm operations, and basic farm management
  • Ability to lead farm workers and work in field conditions
  • Good communication and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
