Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To handle SAP transactions, inter-warehouse transactions, promo posting, bin to bin transactions, replenishment, virtual posting and stocks conversion from regular item to promo item materials.
  • Ensures that all system transactions are completely, accurately and timely processed based on agreed lead time.
  • Handles the end to end process of the inter-warehouse transfer
  • Conducts proof reading of all system transaction to ensure early detection of errors in system record.
  • Ensures that all good to bad stocks will only be transferred to BO area once approved by SC Director
  • Prepares and submits all necessary inventory reports
  • Ensures compliance to FEFO (First Expiry – First Out) at all times
  • Collaborates with Logistics, CSR, Sales, Marketing and other warehouse with matters pertaining to stock movement / reservations/disposition and moved-out plans.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • At least with 6 months experience in Inventory or Warehouse Management
  • Having knowledge and experience in WMS and SAP is an advantage
  • Team-player, and responsible.
