About the role

Asia's Best Industrial Sales Corp' is seeking a talented Records Inventory Analyst to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for meticulously overseeing our inventory records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reconciling inventory records with physical stock counts to identify and resolve discrepancies
  2. Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of all inventory movement and transactions
  3. Generating comprehensive reports on inventory levels, stock ageing, and other key metrics
  4. Collaborating with the wider operations team to improve inventory management processes
  5. Providing support and guidance to other team members on inventory-related matters
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a records inventory or stock control role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent data analysis skills
  3. Proficiency in using MICROSOFT EXCEL.
  4. With accounting background.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
  8. NO VISIBLE TATTOO.
